  • All Ginger and Copper products are handcrafted in small batches. Variations in color, texture, scent strength, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

  • We make every effort to accurately represent our products through descriptions and photographs. However, slight variations may occur.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • In the event an order is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

FINAL SALE POLICY

  • Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preferences, or handmade variations.

  • Exceptions may be made for damaged or incorrect items as outlined in our Return Policy.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS 

  • Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

  • Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

  • Customers are responsible for following all provided product care and safety instructions.

  • Ginger and Copper is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use of our products.

  • Candles should never be left unattended while burning.

  • Ginger and Copper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
