At Ginger and Copper, each item is handcrafted in small batches and made with care.

 

Because our products are custom and handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Preference changes

• Scent or color variation

• Minor imperfections that are inherent to handmade goods

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the original packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are issued at our discretion.
